Our project lifecycle is designed to provide full transparency, from first quote to final delivery. We manage the entire manufacturing process with clear milestones, proactive communication, and complete documentation at every stage.

1. Request for Quote (RFQ)

Customer submits drawings, specs, and required quantities.

2. Quote & Offer Submission

Tamnoon Flex provides a formal quotation with lead times, pricing, and deliverables.

3. Component Review & Feasibility Analysis

Engineering review of drawings and manufacturability to ensure alignment.

4. Client Updates & Reporting

Ongoing status updates and milestone reporting throughout development.

5. First Article Inspection (FAI) Submission

A sample part is submitted for dimensional and compliance approval.

6. Client Feedback & Approval

Customer reviews and signs off or provides revisions.

7. Start of Production (SoP)

Full batch production begins following FAI approval.

8. Final QA, Packaging & Delivery

Quality-controlled shipment is prepared and delivered to client’s warehouse or distribution hub.
